I’m a seasoned endpoint engineer who operates like a product owner for all aspects of Endpoint Management and End User Compute. I align strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day execution across the entire device lifecycle: provisioning, identity, configuration, security, software delivery, telemetry, and continuous improvement.
My approach is product-centric and outcome-driven: define clear goals, prioritize customer (employee) experience, measure what matters, and iterate. I favor modern, cloud-native methodologies such as zero-touch provisioning, policy-as-code, automated compliance, and data-informed decisions to reduce friction, improve reliability, and strengthen the enterprise security posture.
Areas of focus include device platform strategy (Windows, macOS, mobile), identity and access, endpoint security, application lifecycle, and digital employee experience (DEX): faster onboarding, fewer help-desk interactions, and resilient endpoints that stay secure and up to date with minimal disruption.
